EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchange and return policy
You have 30 days from the delivery of the order to request an exchange or a return.
- Returns are only processed for online orders.
- For purchases made in a physical store, a product exchange or a refund via gift card will be offered.

Conditions
Products must be returned in perfect condition. Make sure to send them in their original packaging, with the tag attached, and without signs of having been used.
Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.
The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the product.
*During Outlet periods, returns will not be accepted.
