BADITS FASHION BRAND SL, registered with the company B66873035 in the Mercantile Registry, Volume 45599, Folio 137, Page No. B 493206, Entry 1, is the owner of this website, operating under the trade name BADITS FASHION BRAND SL. These general terms and conditions are formulated in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Codes, Law 7/1996 of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Law 7/1998 of April 13, on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, and Law 7/1995 of March 23, on Consumer Credit. Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the customer, as well as any other terms specified in the order itself. Furthermore, the BADITS customer affirms being of legal age and verifies that all the information provided for processing their order is correct.

1- OBJECTIVE These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the sales procedures between BADITS and the customer, from order placement, delivery and payment, as well as after-sales service.
2- ORDER The CUSTOMER can place their order through the different devices that allow them to access the website www.badits.com in the section containing the online store. For any questions during the process, you can direct your inquiries and comments to the following email address: You can contact us online at online@badits.com or by phone at +34 93 200 14 85, the number for our physical store, during business hours, which are listed on our website under "Hours." To place an order, you must provide your personal information, which will then be added to the BADITS database. Placing an order constitutes your full and complete acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and any other terms specified in the order itself.
3- DELIVERY. Your order will be delivered once you have paid for the merchandise through the website. From then on, please allow approximately 2-3 business days for delivery. If you are unable to receive your order at the address provided, the shipping company will leave a notification with a phone number to arrange a new delivery within a maximum of 10 days. At BADITS, we track every order, so if any issues arise with your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible. If a delivery date has been agreed upon with you and the shipping company, but delivery cannot be completed because you are not home, you may be charged additional fees for a second delivery attempt.
4- PAYMENT We offer credit card payments through an online POS terminal via a secure server provided by a banking institution. Badits offers various payment methods, which are detailed below:
1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: The charge will be made in real time, through the secure payment gateway.
Compatible cards are: MASTERCARD, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
2. PAYPAL: Secure, fast and simple payment with Paypal, where the sales commission charged by Paypal will be paid by Badits.
5- PRICES All prices and fees for services provided through our website include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs are €4.95 per purchase within mainland Spain (free for orders over €300), €30 in the Canary Islands, and €15 in the Balearic Islands. For international shipments to Europe, the rate is €7.95 per shipment.
6- RIGHT OF REFUND The user has 30 days to cancel their purchase and return the product, starting from the moment they receive the item(s) in the order. To make any exchange or return, the user must return the product in perfect condition and unused. Returns of items without original tags, boxes, or packaging will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must also manage this process. Once the item(s) have been returned and their condition verified, the refund of the product price, minus shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used by the buyer. Only if the return is due to an error attributable to BADITS will the shipping and return costs be covered; otherwise, the user will be responsible for these costs. Returns are not accepted on any items in the lingerie category.
7- GUARANTEES. In the case of a defective product, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. This does not apply to defects or wear and tear from normal use. The consumer must inform Badits of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In the case of a defective product, the seller must, as appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract, all of which will be free of charge for the consumer.
